Some notes on practice
We understand how difficult it is find time to practice, but try to practice daily. You’ll find just 20 min. a day to be hugely beneficial.
Some beginners get discouraged at first but with consistent practice your confidence will grow. Try to learn a few of the songs on the list. Many of these songs are familiar, so practice those first.
The first melody note is identified at the top of the page. Pick the note shown and match your voice to it. Review the chords. Start slowly, paying attention to the time signature. If it’s 4/4 that means four beats per measure and the value of the beat is a 1/4 note. Start with just down strums, four per measure.
