Pluckin’ Strummers - Los Angeles Ukulele Club Meeting on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. (unless otherwise stated) 9:00 - 9:45am Please join us for a free group lesson session before we begin. Bring your questions and any materials needed. 10:00am - 12:25pm We always keep beginners in mind and keep things easy to start and gradually get to more complicated material. 10 to 10:50’ish - Round 1 We play from one of two songbooks called the Daily Ukulele by Jumpin’ Jim Beloff. Book one the first in the series is yellow and the second one is the Leap Year Edition which is blue. We have a 15 to 20 minute coffee/snack break with great conversation. 11:10 - 12:00 - Round 2 Round two consists of us playing our arrangements. Suggestions for materials is always welcome. 12:00 - 12:20 - Performance Time This is the time for our members to shine. Come join us!
